Chinese Elm

Ulmus parvifolia

Fast growing semi-deciduous tree with dense, arching branches. 30-40 feet tall and wide. Small dark green, toothed oval leaves. Trunk mottled, as bark is shed in patches. Extremely tolerant of cold, heat and poor soil.
